Sprayed this on my pillow and the edge of my sheet and blanket, and was asleep within minutes!!
The scent is a bit strong the first couple of nights, but got use to it in those couple of nights using it.

Very earthy, comes with spray nozzle and little pamphlet
I bought quite a few essential oils that are supposed to help with sleep because I’ve been struggling to go to sleep and stay asleep for the past week and im ready to not feel like a zombie!! I let some friends know that I was going to do some more thorough reviews of different highly rated and inexpensive essential oil blends for sleeping so they don’t have to. If it’s of any interest to you, I’m also reviewing the other products I purchased at this time, so you can check out my other reviews if this is helpful: nature’s truth brand 2.4oz “good nite” scent; juniper mist brand 4oz “sleep smudge spray”; plant therapy brand 10ml roll on “sweet slumber” scent; gya labs everyday care brand 10ml roll on “bedtime” scent; maple holistics brand 10ml roll on “dream” scent; and woolzies brand 3x10ml “sleep tight collection.”I’d say the most forward scent for me is whatever makes this so earthy, like soil. I’d say the most forward scent for me is whatever makes this so earthy, like soil. Not in a bad way, it smells like if you were laying down in nature on a calm day. Not too strong, pre-diluted with water. Says it’s handmade, which is awesome. labeling is so cute. Fiancé didn’t like it and I thought it was just alright (for me—I think people who like earthiness will love this) and we sleep in the same bed so I will be returning it. Keep in mind it says to shake well before use. Would be awesome for some outdoor yoga or meditation.
